Donna Ireland
I discovered massage in 1997 and knew that it was my calling. I graduated in 1998, from the Massage Therapy program at Forsyth Tech, in Winston Salem, NC, and opened Beneficial Bodywork in August of 1998. Since that time I have gone on to study medical massage, reflexology, Thai yoga and several other modalities of massage. In 2000, I spent a month in China studying Tuina at the Training Center of the China Academy of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Beijing. I enjoy being able to bring a variety of skills to the table, and integrating them into a massage session. Massage offers so much and it is a rich field to work in, I am truly grateful to have a career I love.

Dottie Powers
Hello, I'm Dottie and I am a full-time therapist here at Beneficial Bodywork. I have been a LMBT since November 2004 after graduating from Natural Touch School of Massage Therapy in Greensboro NC. I came to work for Donna shortly after that and have loved every moment. Massage is something I truly enjoy and I am passionate about. There are all kinds of great benefits to massage but my most favorite benefit and something I think effects everyone is it reduces stress. I truly believe it is a great preventative measure we can all do for ourselves to prevent a lot of stress related health issues that plague us today. If everyone got regular bodywork I truly believe the world would be a much happier, healthier, place! So what are you waiting for? Come on out to Clemmons and see us!
Rebecca Wright
I had never envisioned myself as a massage therapist but know I cannot see myself as anything else. I have found great peace in this work and feel like I am exactly where I should be. I attended the Living Arts Institute in Winston-Salem and graduated in September 2010. At Living Arts we specialized in Deep Tissue, Swedish Massage, Shiatsu, Reflexology, and Spa Techniques. I am continuing my education in my apprenticeship with Donna Ireland (see above). I am honored to have the experience of working with my fellow beings and am learning more everyday. My goal is to help each person I work with reach their own highest potential and ability that their body is capable of.
